CAMPING
Camping pitches available for all weekend attendees.
Every vehicle MUST have a vehicle pass to enter the campsite-given to all weekend attendees on arrival.
Every adult must have evidence of purchasing a ticket to enter the event.
Children 16 years and under FREE accompanied by an adult.
You may be refused admittance. A list of reasons for possible refusal can be obtained by emailing: info@busstopover.co.uk
CARAVANS & NON-VW WHEELS & ADDITIONAL CARS/WHEELS must purchase a large & other wheels pass & contact us prior to arrival to arrange entry via a different gate.
LIVING WHEELS OVER 6M OR 3.5TONNES must purchase a large & other wheel pass & contact us prior to arrival to arrange entry via a different gate.
BBQs are allowed on the campsite if they are under constant supervision and must be kept off the ground at all times. They are not allowed in the car park, market traders arena, other traders arena or other entertainment areas.
GENERATORS
No generators unless charging equipment for disabled attendee such as wheelchair; or via prior arrangement with BSO2022 i.e. for traders.
FACILITIES
There will be toilets, including disabled, water and waste disposal available.
FOOD & DRINK
There's a great quality bar on site; your are requested to not drink your own alcohol in the bar or entertainment arenas.
CANINE PALS
Dogs are welcome at the show and are most invited to enter the dog show.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Should the event be cancelled- your ticket can be used at the next BSO2022 event- they are safe and retained at the original buyers price. A refund is possible if the date is not suitable.
No mini-rigs, sound systems or excessive noise pollution-security will act swiftly.
